The host for this property are some amazing people and was very helpful and considerate. We celebrated my mom's 70th birthday on the island and this home away from home was worth every dollar and more.»

«This home was amazing. The privacy between each of the bedrooms is great for adults. The views are unmatched, watching the sunrise and hearing the waves crashing against the shore! The drive into the driveway is a bit dramatic, as the home does sit atop the mountain. However, the hosts provides excellent instructions on how to park. I will definitely be a returning guest to this home with amazing hosts!»

«We SO enjoyed the view! We purchased groceries/wine at Moe’s, per the owner’s suggestion (spot on), and had such a relaxing time we didn’t leave for days! Hall Bay Beach was a fav for snorkeling, fish tacos and beach relaxing! The pool was splendid and the home is so beautiful and very well supplied! «We had the best stay at Alan’s villa in Caret Bay. The villa is located on a quiet private part of the island which we appreciated. The villa was stocked with anything you could possible need in terms of beach toys, kitchen gadgets, and plenty of linens. The guest binder is on point with tons of info and solid recommendations. We absolutely loved our stay here and plan on returning.»

The property speaks for itself. The pictures are accurate, but the reality is so much nicer. «Our favorite spot on the whole island was our balcony! Watched turtles, iguanas, sailboats, a parasail in the distance. Nice shade and breeze, unbelievable view. 3 pools all with a view. Convenient bar and grill just a couple of buildings away. Margaritaville Bar and Restaurant next door was also convenient and good.»
