Our trip started out very good food and drinks were very good. Restaurants had awesome service and food with lots of variety. Pools and the beaches were exceptional. The sargassum wasn’t to bad the crews did there best to clean it up. The last couple days of our trip weren’t that great as our year and a half old daughter got very sick. The staff and the doctor on site were very helpful in the end she had to go to the hospital for treatment. The staff were amazing people who had helped us with getting to the hospital asap. Also with other things like making sure we had everything we needed. I should mention we have 2 other daughters who are older I stayed with them at resort while my wife went to the hospital with our youngest who was sick. The person that helped us a lot was Armando Martinez at guest services. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and would do anything he could to help us and make us feel comfortable at a stressful time. There was another gentleman from guest services who had helped also I cannot remember his name but he also did an amazing job. We ended up staying an extra 2 days due to our baby girl couldn’t fly due to her sickness. They allowed us to stay in the same room which was great. The staff made us feel like they really cared for us which was really nice as it was a difficult time. Also want to mention that the doctor ran to our room as we called front desk that we needed him to come asap. Great people who work here!!
