Firstly, room we check In had blood on the bed sheet the bellboy who delivered the bag so hair all over and blood on bedsheet. He right away reported to the Guest service who took almost 3 hours to change the room. They literally wasted most of the day.
Next at the time of check in a Guy name Rafael introduced us as Expedia Team Member took us to a separate lobby where he wanted us to not book from expedia going forward and he has better deals. Later on I got information that he works for " Prime Traveller Group", was basically lied to at the start. Then he keep forcing us to sign up for a breakfast sit down else you wont get any service because of expedia member. There were lot of group we meet there got FOOD poisoning and some of them were actually hospitalized as well. Overall be very careful for those FRAUD people from Prime Travel Group who waste your time and force you to not buy the package from Expedia next time and buy with them.
I was astonished to understand how can expedia allow this to happen taking lot of client from them. Overall - Food -2 star, Service -1 star Shows - 3 star.
I wont wanna waste my money again on Royalton Splash terrible experience. Last time in 2025 Feb the service was really great, this time it is super duper below par or I would waste of my money and time. Not going back to Royalton for sure. They force me to upgrade to diamond else not access to heated pool since it was really chilly for 2 days. They made there money by forcing us.
