Pros:
- service (as long as you tip - they are wonderful)! And I 100% believe everyone should be tipped, regardless of all inclusive
- we are on floor 5 and able to walk out to a hot tub and pool. That is HUGE being with our daughters. Love that we can come back to our room mid-day and relax yet have the option for kids to continue to swim
- butlers had been AMAZING! We have Paulo and Milton. I wasn’t sure what a butler would entail but it has been an amazing service!
CONS:
- We travel to the Cancun area every year over presidents break. Have always had a good experience. Usually stay around Hotel Zona but wanted to be away from that area this year. We booked this hotel bc of the water park for our kids. Waterpark is pretty gross and rundown. Also disappointed that the water in almost all pools around the resort is cold.
- my husbands birthday is today and he’s been sleeping and in bed all day bc of an illness….guessing food poisoning based on all of the previous comments.
- room service takes forever and housekeeping is hit or miss… first two days were amazing…today, we could have made our own beds since that was all that was done.
- beach is gross - not the hotels fault regarding seaweed…but MANY better options nearby!!!!
- Food: not impressed. Indian restaurant was the best but was also last place we ate before husband became ill.
Overall:
No; would not stay here again. I feel bad for the handful of amazing staff. The issues need to be fixed from the top!
