I have never written a review to complain before, but the service here was terrible. the property is nice enough, but that's where it ends.
We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children. When we arrived we had a king suit, and pull out couch, the pull-out was not made, it took me 3 trips to the front desk, 2 phone calls and chasing down housekeeping to get sheets for the bed, we didn't get them until 10pm, I started asking around 3.
We were in the diamond club area, if we were not up before 6:30am we could not get a lounger by any of the pools, and much later than that, we could not get a chair anywhere, there are not enough to cover the entire hotel capacity. People put stuff out on chairs in the pool and beach, and were barley in either, it was not policed at all, towels would sit there all day and not get cleaned up, rendering the chairs unavailable.
Food is average at best, at times the buffets were very low on food, many options would be empty and not get refilled. The a la carte resturants were average and hard to get a sitting, even with the diamond club status.
Line-ups are everywhere, for everything, from the coffee shop, to icecream, waterslides, lazy river, bars.
It seems that the resort is badly understaffed.
At night there was a lot of noise in the hallway areas outside of our room.
The hotel has placed rental cabanas around most of the pools most of the lounge chairs are behind those and don't offer much view of the pools.
We would not go back.
