«The property is very nice just needs a little more TLC. The house is missing a few items that people would need, specifically in the kitchen. The house furniture I think needs to be replaced, especially down stairs and could use a little bit more. The house is very charming and would stay there again. Communication with everyone was great. «Our family of 4 stayed at the Blue Pearl Beach House in August 2023 and we highly recommend it to anybody who wants to be in the heart of Grand Bend! The location is perfect, just a short 7 min walk to the main beach, and right off the main strip with all of its restaurants and shops. «We had an amazing time in Parkhill and the surrounding area. We were thrilled to be able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and LCBO. «Every year, as a group of friends we meet in different locations. one of the biggest complaints of attendees is that there's not enough beds to sleep in. This year we found this location. Plenty of space inside and out. Isolation away from other houses and properties and enough beds to go around. We would definetly look to return to this location again. Thanks for hosting!»

We had to clean the fridge and cupboards before storing food. The coffee pot had not been cleaned and there was mold growing on the grounds. «We checked in for our long weekend stay and were very pleased with the cottage. It is spacious and the yard is very private. We enjoyed a BBQ with some friends and then relaxed around the propane firepit. Despite the rain, we still managed to enjoy the secluded beach we had to ourselves. The neighborhood is quite and only 6 minutes drive to the main area if you want excitement. I would recommend this place.»
