«The check in was very smooth and thanks to Jose Antonio we got an amazing room with sea view in a quiet corner of the hotel. Our private concierge Daniela Robles did an amazing job in helping us with dinner reservation and reserving sun beds at the beach in the morning. The hotel has the beach on one side and jungle on the other side, so it was really cool to see some of the animals and birds so close.
The japanese restaurant was excellent and the sashimi there was super high quality.

«The Beach is beautifully set on the beach in Tulum. When we first arrived, it felt like we had found a piece of paradise! The rooms are large and decorated in a minimalistic, eco-chic style, I especially appreciated the hammocks on the terrace. We had a room on the ground floor with direct access to the beach, which was perfect. Sadly the rest of the experience wasn't just as perfect. The A/C is only turned on from 7 pm - 7 am, and it hardly works during this time. Most of the guests we talked ...

«El lugar es muy bonito pero la habitación estaba sucias , nos quedamos en una habitación sean kan máster suite , el jacuzzi no servía , las puertas no cerraban , la ducha estaba tapada y la nevera vacía. La atención de la recepción muy mala. Lo único bueno los meseros y los del bar súper atentos y la señora de la cafetería súper amable y dulce. »

«Amansala is a beautiful hotel with great staff, awesome beach club, and lovely rooms and ambience. Although, it is noisy! We were woken up each morning to grunting and barking and coaching from the retreat classes over a microphone that echoed throughout the hotel grounds. So, if you are booking a room here as a non-retreat guest, beware. There was also frequent construction going on behind our room. All this to say it was a beautiful place to stay, the main downside was the noise. »
