«Mange fantastiske ansatte som gir oss reisende en god opplevelse. Spesielt må servitøren Angel i restauranten Bordeux nevnes, meget trivelig og kompetent. Ellers er området ganske slitent og har behov for en oppgradering. F.eks. er det veldig mange solsenger som er ødelagte.»

«The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay.
The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. »

«Hotel is new and perfect. Far from the city,like oasis in the middle of desert. I pretty much liked that vibe to be far. Gladly we rented a car. We only signed for breakfast pack which was amazing. Coffee was really bad but that's in almost all Mexico. Everything else was very thoughtful.
Didn't like the rule of not permitted walking barefoot in the dining area which is kinda stupid, because beach is 2 metres away and everyone there is barefoot. And also why would I not want to walk barefoot on ...

«Oppholdet vi hadde var fint, men det ligger utenfor allfarvei. Ønsker du helt ro og stillhet er det et perfekt hotell. Men, ønsker du litt mer liv og mennesker ligger dette hotellet helt galt til.
Personalet er hyggelig og maten på restauranten var god. Fin liten strand rett ute for. Taxxi til byen eller fra byen er alt fra 250,- til 500,- pr vei. »

«the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach.
we enjoyed our pool very much !!
the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.»

«Despite previous good reviews, this hotel is sadly currently a scam. We arrived to check in Sunday July 13th to find it was closed «for refurbishment». We had booked months in advance and have been continuously reachable via phone/hotels.com. And yet Alea made no attempts to warn us in advance. «The check in was very smooth and thanks to Jose Antonio we got an amazing room with sea view in a quiet corner of the hotel. Our private concierge Daniela Robles did an amazing job in helping us with dinner reservation and reserving sun beds at the beach in the morning. The hotel has the beach on one side and jungle on the other side, so it was really cool to see some of the animals and birds so close.
The japanese restaurant was excellent and the sashimi there was super high quality.

«Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. »
