«VR Club was a beautiful place to spend 2 weeks!
Our room was excellent… just what we were looking for, steps from one of the pools and only a few more steps to the ocean!
I loved the sunrises every morning!
The staff were excellent, very kind and helpful! The buffet was amazing and lots of exciting dishes to choose from!
Everything was clean and well cared for and we would recommend this place to anyone!
The only thing I may add is that we found the majority of guests were French speaking ...

«Oppholdet vi hadde var fint, men det ligger utenfor allfarvei. Ønsker du helt ro og stillhet er det et perfekt hotell. Men, ønsker du litt mer liv og mennesker ligger dette hotellet helt galt til.
Personalet er hyggelig og maten på restauranten var god. Fin liten strand rett ute for. Taxxi til byen eller fra byen er alt fra 250,- til 500,- pr vei. »

«The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay.
The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. »

«Despite previous good reviews, this hotel is sadly currently a scam. We arrived to check in Sunday July 13th to find it was closed «for refurbishment». We had booked months in advance and have been continuously reachable via phone/hotels.com. And yet Alea made no attempts to warn us in advance. Instead we were told nonchalantly on arrival that we had been «relocated» to a different hotel where the room we were offered and facilities turned out to be below the standard we had already paid Alea ...

«After reading the last review, I got a bit sceptical. But for us, we had a totally different experience. This place is truely magical. We got an upgraded room, everyone working here are very serviceminded, the whole place is beautiful. It's so quiet and peaceful. Keep this in mind when booking. Only downside, is the foodoptions around, not really any autentic mexican food (and prices for the options around are expensive, like all of Tulum).
