We have been travelling to Mexico for 14 years and this resort is one of the best we have been to!We stayed in the Family Selection side.Check in-very quick as we arrived late and it was nice to have a good restaurant open.They delivered a baby crib to our room promptly.The butler service is good, sending daily lists of activities and booking the à la cartes. All the staff at this resort are top notch.The buffet food is very good (especially dinner), the à la carte restaurants are good as well (although I would skip the Asian restaurant).They have lunch on the beach which has awesome food which we got from walking over to the TRS (adults only) side by bringing a couple plates for the adults and kids to share. The drinks are good, premium alcohol with our Family Selection wristband is included and Churchills cocktail bar is awesome!There are video game rooms for the kids to keep them entertained.The resort itself is quite large (not the largest we have been to), but it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach or to the buffet/lobby from where we were staying in Villa 48.There are golf carts to get to restaurants at White Sands.The beach is very nice, lots of sand and an unlimited amount of beach chairs there and by the pool.It was a nice change not having to fight for chairs at 7am, the resort never felt busy and the staff said this was normal capacity.There’s very good tennis/pickleball, basketball and soccer fields.We will definitely be back some day, highly recommend!

The room was cleaned twice a day spotless. Staff went out of there way everyday to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Shout out to Jose, Alfredo, Joel, and Israel at the sand castle beach bar. Erick Roger and gadiel at villa 51, Maria Diego at the family selection pool. All food was great. All drinks were great. The pop entertainment for the kids was amazing all throughout the day. Our family felt safe cared for and we will be going back

The entire experience was excellent. They did an amazing job of catering to families. The service we got from our Butlers, Erick and Gadiel, at the family pool from Maria and Diego, from the Sand Castle bar from Jose and the beach area from Israel was exceptional.

The room and resort were very clean, and the staff was welcoming. However, the checkout process was poorly handled due to communication issues. Although the manager resolved the situation, it was uncomfortable and unnecessarily stressful. Español: La habitación y el resort estaban muy limpios, y el personal fue amable. Sin embargo, el check-out fue mal manejado debido a problemas de comunicación. Aunque el gerente resolvió la situación, fue una experiencia incómoda e innecesaria.

We stayed in the family select section and there was so much attention paid to stocking the room with things we would want and need. They understood our son is older (12) and made sure there were age appropriate things for him to do for fun. Each building has a personal butler and concierge who offered to plan an itinerary for us every day based on how we felt. There are so many activities including, we were always finding new things to do every day. The room was perfect: spacious and well designed so we could all get ready and have privacy when we needed it. We found the whole property spotless and the service amazing. The check in process was one of the best check in experiences we’ve ever had. There was a lounge my son could get snacks and drinks and play Xbox while we handled check-in. The staff as so accommodating and go out of their way to get you everything you want. We never found an issue getting a lounger near the pool or in a prime spot on the beach. We never waited along for anything. My son played soccer at the sports Center each night before dinner, and they would send a golf cart to pick him up and take him to the game. One evening he wanted to stay in after having too much sun, and they sent him room service with all his favourite foods. The wifi is excellent if you need it. We’d definitely come back!

The hotel locked me out of my room multiple times due to a poorly maintained door system. They offered me pitiful excuses and no real compensation for the wasted hours of my life sitting outside in the cold at night with screaming babies multiple times while I waited for maintenance to come and open the door.

Food/drinks were excellent. Very clean grounds, pools and rooms. Our butler in family selection Karen was amazing, very attentive, kind and professional. The family selection beach was beautiful!

The beach is unmatched. The rooms are very nice. Could use more lighting especially in the bathroom. The bathroom did not have an air vent or a lock on the door. Some more shelving and drawers would have been useful for our long stay. The fridge needs to be colder. But overall the resort is great. We would definitely stay again. Good service. I would advise booking all the restaurants available. The buffet is very convenient but take advantage of the restaurants.

This is by far our favorite resort. Absolutely kids friendly, with so many activities planned throughout the week. Family Selection is a must if you have kids. It gives you access to all the perks and allows for the parents to enjoy Adults Only part of the resort while the children can stay in the Kids Center under great supervision. We travel with my kids, parents and siblings and we always book family selection. Delicious food, amazing time and great staff! We loved Maria and Israel at Family Selection Pool, our butler Daniel and driver Fernando. They made our stay extra special ☺️👏

This is my wife’s and my second time to the resort. We stayed at the White Sands side last time but decided to try the Kantenah area during our Jan trip with our two friends. I like to pick resorts with great beach access for snorkeling and ones that are 4-5 stars for amenities. We love this resort because of the snorkelling, and great tennis facilities. Victor who ran the activity center was excellent. He was our archery instructor and helped get us our tennis equipment every morning. He took the time to help my wife with her Spanish. In fact all of the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service all over the resort. Special mention also goes to Donald who ran the turbo class. We found that the drinks at the Grand Palladium were generally better quality than some other resort we have tried. One big bonus of this stay was enjoying VIP status because of booking with Expedia. This allowed us to enjoy the entire resort and get priority booking at the restaurants. We would highly recommend this resort.

The GP staff (e.g. front desk, activities and restaurants) really stood out as consistently more friendly and genuine than our previous resort. We’ve had many resort vacations in the Mayan Riviera and Grand Palladium has been our best experience so far. Also very good beach and restaurants.

Amazing hospitality! Very caring with my needs. So many things to do in this resort perfect for families! They tamper you with so much food. No need to go out the resort and there is so many activities. So many pools and beaches. Very careful and polite with everybody. They honor their guests! Always their when you need it never going to feel hungry just going to gain weight.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at Grand Palladium. As a large party that planned this trip well in advance, we were met with a level of unprofessionalism that has ensured we will never return to this property. The primary reason for our outrage is the conduct of the manager on duty regarding an alleged damage charge. We were charged for a broken table that was clearly damaged prior to our arrival; the table was lopsided and missing an entire leg. The manager specifically targeted our children, blaming them for the damage and claiming to have video evidence. However, when we asked to see this footage, he repeatedly refused to show it. It is clear that no such evidence exists, and using children as a scapegoat to cover for faulty furniture is unacceptable. Furthermore, the management’s lack of judgment ruined our final day. The manager chose to bring a subcontractor to the pool area to discuss repairs/issues right in the middle of our stay, causing a major disruption. This could have easily been handled at a more reasonable time to avoid ruining the guest experience. Beyond this specific incident, the general service was well below standards: • Communication: Despite giving two weeks’ notice for dining reservations, emails took 2–3 days for a response, and phone calls consistently went unanswered. • Food Quality: The quality of the dining was very poor and did not meet the expectations of a resort at this price point.

Room was beautiful and housekeeping/room services were excellent. Resort is well kept and so many great amenities. A lot of food options and all the pools were fantastic. Highly recommend!
