We had a great time at Family Selection Kantenah. Our room had an amazing view, was spacious and very clean, and had two large separate bathrooms, which was a huge plus. The service was outstanding! our butlers, Emanuel and Louis, were incredibly helpful and attentive, always taking care of everything we needed. They went above and beyond and even surprised me with birthday touches in our room and at the restaurants. Also one of the sweetest moments was a balloon-filled bubble bath prepared for our toddler she absolutely loved it!
We truly loved the resort. The only thing we wished for was heated pools. The weather was a bit chilly during our stay, so we spent most of our time at the beach, which was perfect. But the pool and waterpark were too cold for our toddler to fully enjoy.
As for the food, there were so many options that we only had time to try a few. Compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at, I’d rate the food a 8 out of 10 but again we didn’t get to try many of the restaurants, so we may have missed some great ones.
Overall, the resort and service were outstanding. We are definitely planning to return and stay longer next time.
