This resort truly exceeded our expectations. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and we loved the evening concerts, which added such a special atmosphere to our stay. The design of the resort is absolutely gorgeous and very well thought through—despite the resort hosting many guests, it never felt crowded. Only at the buffet could you occasionally sense how many people were there, but everywhere else there was so much space that it always felt calm and comfortable.
One of my favorite parts was sharing the resort with the incredible wildlife living in the surrounding jungle. We saw iguanas, coatis, monkeys, and sereques every day—it was amazing to coexist so closely with these animals. The walking trails throughout the property are beautiful and perfect for relaxing strolls.
The staff were exceptionally well trained, warm, and courteous, making the experience feel truly five-star. The buffet was outstanding, with an impressive variety of delicious food and new options every day, including plenty of vegetarian choices. Even the presentation stood out—you can tell you’re in a luxury resort by the beautiful dishes the food is served on, honestly nicer than what I have at home.
Overall, the service and food are outstanding, and this resort delivers a true five-star experience in every detail.
