Our room was decent size. Double beds are a little too small for a couple. Rooms are cleaned daily. We don’t always get our water restocked though. But we just get them from the bars.
I feel like the rooms and decor are a little dated but overall it’s still a pretty nice resort.
Our butler/ concierge Cielo and David from White sand are very helpful. They helped us with all our reservations and bookings and just everything.
The pools are nice and big and not crowded. We always managed to get lounge chairs by the pool.
Most staff are friendly and helpful. There are a few at the swim up bar who are not that friendly. I guess it’s because everyone is swimming and no one can carry any cash for tipping.
When we went in early March, the beach was full of seaweed. The staff is trying their best to clean it but it’s just too much.
The only thing I would not recommend is going to the “presentation” about their time share. Unless you’re prepared to spend $50k, I don’t recommend attending. And there’s this one guy at the presentation, after we said no, he got pissed and just got up and left. Seriously not cool.
Overall we had a great time and would recommend the resort to others.
