«What a perfect place for us to stay with our dogs until we could move into our new home. The cottage has everything you need and is a perfect location to visit all the wonderful things Summerville has and close proximity to areas of interest. Loved the gardens and beautiful trees and especially the hospitality of Mr George.»

«We loved the place. The location (neighborhood) looks sketchy but it was actually very quiet. The house was perfect for what we needed. I will say that the AC in both smaller bedrooms was not working very well. It got pretty toasty. But everything else was great.»

«The town of Summerville is a perfect getaway and the Cottage was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The Cottage is small, but not too small. We found it to be perfect for us. It was by far the cleanest ABNB that we have stayed in. They owners are doing a little work around the property, but that did not detract from the experience. One earlier post mentioned the train that goes through town; we did here it, but it was not a bother. Great for couples and we plan to return.»

«We absolutely loved our stay with Jim, he was very good with communication and overall created a beautiful place for us to call home. When you arrive to the property he provides a well put together binder with everything you need to have a smooth stay. It includes a house manual that lists everything included with the home as well as recommendations from previous guests! «Needed some place to stay while floors were being refinished. Quaint, laid back and only about 50 feet from Edisto River. It was very hot and not much to do if you do not do things on the water. The TV worked via Air Play from iPad. Watched some Braves baseball that way and Madam Sec Series. Beds are up against the wall. This made it difficult to get out of bed during the night. Shower leaves a lot to be desired. Killed two Copper Head snakes in yard since this is so near the Edisto River. ...

«The stayed for a week waiting on our closing date. The house was super clean, great location, close to everything honestly. Easy to get in and out. the communication with the owner was excellent he checked in with us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. «4 friends were in Charleston for a conference. We did not want to stay downtown but it was close enough to drive downtown where the conference was held. We were able to enjoy all the comforts of home with a bedroom for each person. It was nicely decorated and in a quiet neighborhood with shopping nearby.
