«There was no one available to check me in. When someone came, they had "forgotten" about my reservation and then asked me if it was only one night. Acted bothered when I said it was 3 nights booked months prior. The fridge in the room was off and hot. No iron, not even a kettle for tea or coffee. They said I was the only one in the "castle" so I wondered in the kitchen and the OPENED rooms looking for a kettle only to realized I was NOT alone. «The room was exceptional, classy and spacious. The hotel is very close to the main village of the area but a vehicle is needed for everything. There is no view to the sea but stands on a hill and feels close to the nature. Nice and tasty options/offer for the breakfast, a la carte style with the pre ordering from the previous day.»
