«If you are traveling to Wadi Musa, staying in one of the Martian Tents is a must. It almost feels like staying on Mars, and the view from the bed is incredible. Wifi coverage in the room. This is a really warm place, so it is usually not possible to keep the curtains open due to heat. There is air condition placed directly over the bed, but in my tent is was fixed at 16C, and not possible to change. The air was directed at the bed, so at night it was very cold. «This is an excellent location if you are a person who likes the outdoors and doesn’t mind “roughing it”. This is the best camping experience you can have with most of the work done for you, hence, “glamping”. Tents are already set up: full electricity, comfortable bed, sheets, table and chairs, and a porch attached to each tent which makes for a great evening cup of tea and breathing in the fresh air. «Contrary to many other camps, Rahayeb desert camp is located inside the Wadi Rum desert, and gives you the real feeling of living in a red sand camp. The room we rented - mini suite - was clean and very cool. Actually cleaner than the Hilton hotel we stayed at near the dead sea afterwards. The food is well prepared and tasty. They make most of it on location through a traditional slow cooking process where they place the food under the sand. This process is made into a show and 15 minutes ...

«We really felt we experienced the true Bedouin lifestyle, spending a couple of nights at the camp. The guys here are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable with the best hospitality of anywhere we stayed on Jordan. This really was the highlight of our trip! Thanks to Ahmed, he runs a great facility and makes sure you leave having fully had a glimpse into the Bedouin life. Also thanks to Salah, our Jeep guide. «We arrived at 3pm it took us 1 hour to check in by the time we reached our suite the suite was not ready as the cleaning staff start cleaning it took them until 5pm to get the suite ready but the floor still dirty . Only one bathrobe was provided for two guest . To get to this hotel you need a 4x4 vehicle and know how to drive and send . Overpriced low customer service . The location is great but other hotels has better pricing and facility . »
