"I booked this hotel because it was close to the Port of Miami. The location of the hotel is fantastic. I truly feel a lot safer when the main lobby isn’t on street level. The bar located in the hotel has the best bartender"

"Hotel charged both credit cards for bill. Housekeeping used the non service lift blocking floors meaning long wait for lift during day. Not helpful if you were on the 13 th floor"
