«My husband and I didn’t think there were any more old-fashioned “tourist cabins” left along America’s secondary highways. They were ubiquitous in the 1940’s and 50’s. We were happy to find this immaculate, comfortable cabin enclave near the Beacon-Newburgh Bridge in Orange County and enjoyed our short stay. The family who started the business - in the 1920’s! - is featured along with framed archival postcards on the walls, reminding us that this business is a rare survivor of the kinds of ...

«We had an amazing week staying at 9 Ridge rd. The house was perfect and relaxing. The lake view was beautiful. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We rented the golf cart and had a blast. The people in the complex could not be friendlier. We would stay here again and wished we were still there. LOVED every minute.»

«Perfect weather for a getaway! Great location to get to get around. Cottage was perfect for us. Fire pit was great to hang out at. Went kayaking across the street. Beautiful lake. However, the access to the lake was a wee bit steep but we are in shape to handle it. All in all it was a great time!»

«We spent a wonderful night at this apartment. The space is so comfortable and peaceful. It is next to the owners' home but very private and extremely quiet. The neighborhood is a dead end and has few cars. The apartment feels sizable and is well laid out. It was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive when we had a question. We would absolutely come back!»
