«This hotel is a gem in Orvieto. Its location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The boutique property is very clean and classy, and the décor is unexpectedly unique, modern, and beautiful. The room was also very nice. I especially appreciated being able to step in from the street into a quiet, peaceful courtyard — the entrance is understated but classy. The breakfast offered each morning was excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again when returning to Orvieto.»

«My family of 4 stayed one night in June 2026, in a family suite with a balcony over the lake. As other have mentioned, the villa is older, but the vintage look adds to the charm and the location is amazing. Our room was clean and cool upon arrival, even during the summer heat. Parking was free and the staff was very helpful. «Where to start. The room was not as advertised on the website - relatively shabby. Only one pool in action, full of screaming children and with blaring music - not what I'dexpect from a wellness and relaxation spa. No one on hand to help with pool towels or sunbeds. Pool surround had several broken patio slabs. No poolside bar, no poolside snacks. The one bar had no menus, no obvious food - we were offered some cold pasta il forno - very stodgy. No drinks offered, had to ask what drinks ...

«We liked the Infinity pool but the deck around it was falling apart and there was bird poop all over the railings and the deck for the entire week we were there without being cleaned. The first breakfast we had outside a very large seagull took our food right off our plates and it happened to another couple upstairs those birds are a big problem. We did like our room very much and the hotel is beautiful. We would not return.»
