«A true castle in a lovely setting. Clean, spacious and quiet room. Only reopened since March 1st the kitchen is still spinning up, but we had a lovely dinner and breakfast. Staff were super friendly and helpful. It is a castle, so be prepared for a little climb to the entrance. »

«The description does not do it justice. The We plan to go back. Iacopo is a gem. He was so responsive. He helped prepare our meal as part of our cooking class, and he gave a great tour of the winery. Be sure to get up and visit the church at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday. It is worth it.»

«In lieu of a wedding, we rented the castle for a long weekend family vacation. It was incredible! We had 14 people and all fit comfortably in the rooms. There are many common spaces. Giovanni recommend a wonderful private chef who we used for dinners and breakfasts. Taxis need to be booked far in advance or rent a few cars to get around. In Tuscany taxis tend to book out quickly. «On this vacation we stayed in Rome, Gubbio, Florence, Venice and Interlaken. After we finished our trip, our whole family said the highlight of the trip by far was staying here. «I can only recommend the Montestrutto castle to anyone visiting the region. The castle is absolutely great, not only the building itself but also the park. The views are also unforgettable. Barbara, Moreno and Karl were always looking after making our stay the best possible experience, and they succeeded at it. The only bad part is when you have to leave. It’s so sad! «Det var en stor overraskelse for oss at eier bodde i 1 etg. Jeg kan ikke se av prospektet at det var tilfelle. Det vil si at hele 1.etasje og området utenfor var disponert av eier. I tillegg hadde hun besøk av familie som benyttet svømmebassenget. ( barn som lager mye lyd ) Vi gjorde oppmerksom på at vi var 5 par i 60 - 70 årene. Det ene soverommet ligger i et av tårnene og eneste tilgang er en smal vindeltrapp ( ikke enkelt med kofferter) toalettet til dette soverommet var to etasjer ned. ...

«Le cadre est enchanteur, le personnel très gentil. La situation géographique est idéal car situé en pleine campagne mais au coeur du triangle Florence, Pise, Sienne. La piscine permet de bien se détendre et se rafraîchir après une journée de balades. Le gite était très bien avec juste un petit bémol sur l'équipement car nous étions 8 et il y a tout juste assez de vaisselle. Nous avions la climatisation que nous avons bien appréciée mais ce n'était pas précisé sur le site lors de la réservation, ...
