«They went above and beyond to help after issues with room on day of arrival. Food was good, room was great, staff overall friendly and helpful but there were times that they were definitely overwhelmed/understaffed during busy eating hours. Not uncommon to wait for 30 minutes or longer from kitchen at especially busy times.»

«The hotel itself is very good; however, the music becomes extremely loud from 10 a.m., especially in the pool area. Music is also played in other areas, but it is drowned out by the pool music, turning it all into noise when multiple songs are playing at the same time.
There are a lot of families with children, which leads to a lot of shouting and screaming in the restaurants. This makes it unsuitable for those who want to dine in a calm and quiet environment.»

«Accommodations ate comfortable and clean. Great bar staff and entertainment staff. We received a complementary bottle of wine for our anniversary. Food/meals are good.
Dislikes, the hotel pushes the upgrades and add ons. And you need to use a concierge to book your dinners or you won’t get a reservation.»

Mia Reef Isla Mujeres - All InclusiveIsla Mujeres

«WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy.»
