We had literally the best week of our lives at this resort! We were so well taken care of by all of the staff, especially our butler, Mel. He helped us with anything and everything that we needed during our stay. On our anniversary, he decorated the room in rose petals and brought us a special bottle of champagne. Our favorite restaurant was El Gaucho and our waiter was Joaquin. His service was excellent and he made sure that we had everything we needed at every return. The food at every restaurant on the resort was incredible. We are big foodies and we had so much fun ordering a bunch of different dishes from each restaurant. We ended up staying in the adult only portion for all of our dinners so we repeated a couple of restaurants but we were happy to do so because the food was so good. The room was always clean and housekeeping made sure of that three times per day. The cabaret show is not to be missed, we really enjoyed the show and the meal. The performers are incredible. And the spa was serene, we really enjoyed the massages and the hydrotherapy. We spent most of our days at the pool and Elias waited on us hand and foot. He was absolutely incredible and such a hard worker. He always checked on us and brought us drinks and food promptly. We were so impressed with all of the activities that were available while on the resort such as yoga, sushi making class, macrame, spin class in the pool, a pole dancing class in the pool, etc! We already cannot wait to come back!!
