The hotel is good, clean, and the staff were also great, but the management really did not help we booked the room paid extra for the ocean view, but what we got was buildings in front and trees and only a little portion was visible from the balcony. We complained to the management and they said that they were full and they cannot do anything and did not offer much of us credit to compensate the payment that we did for the room.
Has worked in hospitality industry. I think the management could've done a better job at taking care of us and making sure that what was advertised on their website and on Expedia and what we paid extra for we should've gotten, but that didn't happen. And from the looks, the hotel wasn't really as busy as they had claimed it to be.
All and all the food was OK in some restaurants, but the desserts were amazing. If you are going there, be careful of the steps, too many uneven surfaces, and too many steps that seem hidden.
