«We stayed at Finest Playa Mujeres in a swim-up suite (Building 4), which was centrally located and convenient. The room was modern and comfortable, with a well-stocked fridge and great beds—even the sofa bed was surprisingly good. However, some outlets didn’t work, and the bathroom lacks privacy (no door except for the toilet). The swim-up pool was cold and barely used. The resort itself is beautiful, spacious, and very walkable, with great amenities (kids club, sports courts, spa, wellness ...

«Clean room but the closet smelt like mildew. The staff was friendly. Pretty beach and enjoy the amenities. Dinner was hard for us. We had a large party (12) and it was very hard to get a dinner reservation before 9:00 so we could sit together. A buffet dinner would have been nice. Overall, great experience. You’ll enjoy yourself! »

«Fine og rene rom. Deilige og komfortable senger. Alle damene som jobbet i restauranten var veldig hyggelige, egentlig mennene også bortsett fra 1. Det var en litt eldre mann som tok i mot bestillingen vår og når vi spurte han samme om å betale svarte han bare at han ikke var servitøren vår og gikk. Maten der var heller ikke spesielt god gitt at det er et 5-stjerners hotell. Synes også at det var litt rart at det var en mye større meny for roomservice enn mulighetene for å bestille i ...

«We are waiting for the transfer company to take us back to the Cancun airport. Had a great time. The king deluxe room fit our needs well. Didn't stay in the room much since discovering the island was so much fun and lots to do. A golf cart was necessary for our adventures. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was yummy, and we slept like babies. The roof top dipping pool and sunning area was cool. Beach access across the road was nice, too. Always a cool breeze that helped beat the heat during ...

«This place photographs beautifully, but sadly, it's built next to an open-air dump and the smell is so terrible it gave me a crippling migraine within hours. We had to leave after the first night, losing the money we paid for a week's stay, which the hotel refused to refund despite knowing perfectly well what the issue is. Expedia was no help either. Save your vacation and for god's sake, avoid this place! »
