I stayed Monday through Friday after extending my trip and upgrading my final night to an Excellence Club suite. The property is beautiful and the amenities are excellent, but communication and service coordination fall short of five star standards.
Before arrival, I emailed Seasons Transportation four times with no response and had to use the website chat for 45 minutes to get assistance. Even onsite, I had to repeatedly visit the kiosk to confirm my departure transfer.
Check in was smooth, but all reservations and requests must be handled in person. There is no efficient digital concierge system.
My first loft suite with private pool was spectacular. Food, drinks, beach, and pool service were excellent.
Issues began during my room change. Multiple emails to the front desk went unanswered. I had to return in person to coordinate keys and luggage. My upgraded room had a strong sewage odor, and opening the balcony caused heavy condensation that made the floors dangerously slippery. My luggage was delayed nearly an hour due to internal miscommunication.
For checkout, I emailed four times requesting a 2 PM extension and received no response. My key card was deactivated at standard checkout, locking me out. I had to find staff to let me in and rush to pack. No luggage assistance was offered.
A supervisor offered a $200 future credit, but it was later retracted when another staff member claimed I was late and that my car had left, despite being within the stated window. I ne
