«Mas nada»

«Wonderful suites, excellent service and superb buffet breakfast and lunch. However dinner is limited to restaurants, and one of them is often closed, the Wok, the Italian restaurant is very small and limited to 4 people tables and always booked ahead so unusable. This results in the entire number of guests fighting for tables at the remaining 2 restaurants: blue Merlin and the Steak Restaurant. The Buffet is closed for dinner every day except Friday. This issue soured our view of the property. »

«Excellent beachfront hotel. The staff is great. Very tasteful breakfast. We were lucky and was given an appartment in the 3rd floor with great views of the garden and ocean. We specifically asked for this, and was very happy when they could accomodate this request. The appartments are well equipted and the terrace is large. The hammock on the terrace is a great feature. Overall very satisfied with our stay.»

«It is the perfect place for family vacation. Though I can't say you ever heard loud kids. There is just a lot for them to do and be happy about. As for parents and grandparents it's paradise. I've traveled much of the world. This was the nicest most accommodating staff I've ever encountered. I'll be back for sure »

«Stayed 10 days. Overall friendly and service minded staff. Rooms are clean, but took all day before they cleaned them and they would enter the room after a short knock. Great activities for everyone. Food quality was decent - some restaurants had a long wait. Overall very happy with the stay and great value for money!»

«Fabulous all-inclusive hotel! Looking to relax and enjoy the sun&sea, this hotel absolutely delivered! Beautiful landscape & great room standard! The beach and pool areas where also really nice, looking out on the Atlantic Ocean. Food was also great!! We took several excursions, which I do think is necessary - as just staying at the hotel gets a bit boring - though they had loads of entertainment for all ages.»

«The beach is awesome. Unfortunately, the price one pays is not reflected in the state of the rooms. Too many ruined down details and basic things missing that frankly makes you mad since they are really simple to repair. The staff is amazing but entangled trying to keep up with all the clients demands resulting from the lack of maintenance. It is a shame. This place used to be tops. Not anymore, and certainly not the “delux paradise “ they sell. Even the pool is missing tiles …»
