Staff wasn't the friendliest. There were a few nice people there but overall most were unfriendly. It was a huge undertaking just to get bottled water in the room and we were told at the lobby bar that bottled water was for vip members only. Be sure to tell them that you want alcohol in your drinks if that's what you want because a lot of them will not give you alcohol. Coffee was oustanding but again almost impossible to get in room. Absolutely do not do the Expand meeting the day after you get there unless you want high pressure salesman trying to push you into spending $26,000 and then getting obnoxious and rude when you tell them that you're not interested. Nice beach and facilities but too many negatives to ever consider going back to Serenade. Forgot to include the food. It was mediocre but the chocolates/fruit and bread were good
