Unfortunately I found there was a design fail with the air conditioning in the rooms and it simply recirculated the damp air from the bathroom making the rooms damp and moldy, both my wife and I left the holiday with a chest infection, the hotel was informed and we were initially moved but the problem existed in the second room. We have been offered a “complimentary upgrade” but the T & C make this nearly impossible so I believe this to be a hollow gesture.
The food servings were small at best, I know it’s an all inclusive resort but we found we were ordering 2 main meals each to get a full plate of food, some may say this sounds glutinous but we are not excessive eaters
