We started out with being put in a room we did not pay for and it was dirty, full of mould, no water, no lock on the door, broken patio door glass, rv didn’t work, and things were missing in the room that the front desk gave a checklist to ensure everything was there and to report what was missing or we would get charged. They moved us to a different room which was a little bit better than the one we had however, the table lamp didn’t work, we had no water or hot water for the first day, the power kept shorting out, the pipe under our bathroom sink leaked water all over the floor if you turned the water pressure above medium pressure, the coffee maker leaked, the beds were hard and pillows were barely stuffed, our room service sucked, didn’t listen to our requests, we stayed for 9 days and I was sick in bed with a stomach bug I caught for 4 days, diarrhea and vomiting was not fun, we had no bottle water for two days after requesting for some, the guest services said they would fix the things we complained about but nothing was resolved. Most the food sucked, the drinks taste either really strong or like syrup, they cross contaminated their fruit with vegetables as I don’t believe onion flavoured papaya is an actual thing, they would take your towels and face clothes out of your room and replace it the next day if you didn’t notice it was gone. There were 62 stairs to our ground suite, no elevators and hills up and down at different distances to go anywhere. Overall aweful!
