The room had electric issues, power was going in and out. Our bathroom power outlet didn’t work so I had to do my hair in the room with no mirror in site. Once I told Expedia the hotel said they would send people to deep clean the room and do maintenance to avoid compensating us. The claimed they deep cleaned but the room looked the same but they took all the towel so we had to request more which took a while to get. Maintenance didn’t come til a day or two later which they said nothing was wrong with the fridge but they didn’t really assess it. The door handle to the sliding door was lifting up. the staff had offered to bring us drinks on 3 separate occasions and never came with drinks had us waiting for 3hrs just to find the worker chatting with friends at the bar. Had to request house keeping x3 and called and no one answered. Despite being tipped well staff was providing the bare minimum service. The food was not the greatest. The mirrors were dirty and stained. We voiced our concerns again and they told us every place has problems like this what do you want us to do about it. Then they told my Fiance that we could be compensated and would updgrade us to unique with a butler. So we get down to upgrade and asked again about the butler like we were promised and they said no you are just getting the unique services which was around 7pm and they told us we couldn’t go to the unique spots that night bc their was a wedding in place. We actually only had access for one full day
