Staff was lacking. They seemed annoyed to be there or when you asked a question everything had to be done with the app. We traveled as a family of 3 and they kept only giving us two towels for showers. The room was freezing no matter what you did. Limited mini bar selection in the room. The room was not cleaned daily. The beds were made but the floor was no cleaned or anything.
Food wasn’t the best. Very hard to get reservations at any restaurants. Everything had to be done with the app. No entertainment shows until 10pm which is hard when you have a kid.
Beach and pool seating was non existent because everyone got the seats by 8am. There was nothing if you came after 8am. No beach service for drinks and limited pool drink service also. One server who would rarely look at you.
Out of all the experiences we’ve had we generally haven’t had a bad experience but this I will say was one of the worst.
