«After having read some really terrible reviews, i was really sceptical of booking a stay at Britannia Hampstead. Luckily i was positivly surprised when i arrived. «Det første som møter oss i døra inn på hotellet er lukta. Den slo mot oss som en vegg.. Mugg og råte. Tapeten var på vei ned fra veggene, vegg-til-veggteppet var flekkete. Siden vi var tidlig ute kunne vi sette baggasjen i spisesalen og dra ut og titte litt mens rommene ble klargjort. Da vi kom tilbake og ringte på, tok det lang tid før noen kom og åpnet. Vi fikk nøklene til rommene, det var trangt med kofferter opp trappegangen, og lukten ble ikke bedre. Rommet vårt var trangt, man kunne ikke ...

«Soggiorno nettamente sopra le aspettative, stanza pulita e confortevole. Colazione Top molto varia e prodotti buoni. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di cenare in albergo qualità e quantità al di sopra delle aspettative e prezzi molto onesti. Altra nota positiva di certo la posizione in mezz’ora raggiungi i maggiori punti di interesse della città. Se torneremo a Londra di certo soggiorneremo di nuovo lì.»
