«This place was awesome!! We had a few issues when we first arrived with the AC unit not working but Lorna quickly cleaned out another rental house she had and let us upgrade our stay for free! The views are amazing and I would recommend this stay to anyone. Very safe! We will be back! »

«The description was accurate as far as the view but the information stated there was sleeping accommodations for six which leads you to believe there was one bedroom with one bed and a second with two beds but there was only one bed in each bedroom. So having only two beds limited it to sleeping four people and no portable bed or pullout bed available on the property.»

«The apartment I was put in was not the one in the photos. Apparently what I booked needed repairs, I didn't know of the change until I was there. And while the alternate unit was clean, I was not comfortable. Parking was a crap-shoot. There is a hotel next door that gets very busy. The hotel next door was the saving grace of the stay. «The apartment had the best view! You will want a car here as it is a steep hill to get up but hey good exercise? I stayed at 3 rentals during my USVI trip and this one did not have any extra items such as beach chairs, coolers or towels. I think we had two bath towels and they had an old wet towel smell to it. «This was my second time staying at Tropical Lotus and I plan on returning again in August. Couldn’t ask for a better location- private yet close to all the best beaches and the Red Hook ferry.
