«Om du vil på en ferie med alt inkludert og fine områder så er dette et bra hotel. Dersom din forventning er et 5 stjerners hotel så vil du bli skuffet. Maten er katastrofe. Strendene i Punta Cana lider av sjøgress og uklart vann på denne tiden av året. En bra turistmaskin med noe glimt av luksus for den uerfarene. Reis et annet sted.»

«We had a week long stay at the Palms and were extremely happy with everything from the property to the service. The rooms were very nice and spacious and allowed us to feel like we were living in a house. «Amazing room. Ocean view. Great food. Out of the way from everything, but worth it. Getting bus or van is easy and safe from in front of hotel. If you don't want to use public transportation or don't rent a car, don't book here. Crane Beach water is full of seaweed. If you want to swim in ocean and not the 5 pools, don't book here. Pool is great, bus is easy and $3.50 BD currency. I will absolutely stay here again. »

«A really nice five star hotel. Our butler Daniel was really helpful and checked in on us daily. The food and drinks were good. We ended up eating mostly at the buffet or room service. You had to check daily what restaurant that would be open and men have to wear long pants and long sleeves shirts to eat there.
