«The room smelled so bad of new paint that it gave me a headache after 2 minutes. The hotel had no other rooms available. Polite staff, but unbelievable that they would rent out that room»

«We did have a bit of trouble at check in and it took 3 hrs to sort out a room change but the rest of the trip was amazing! Love the staff! Shout out to Shamila, Yasin, Teddy and bubbles for amazing entertainment! Even the 3rd party tours folks were amazing! We did have to book our own separate shuttle because airport transportation was not included and expedia messed up by giving us wrong info but that also was sorted out before the trip. We will be going back again!»

«I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!»

«The property is beautiful, and the rooms were clean; however, there was an unpleasant odor. Unfortunately, the overall guest experience was disappointing due to the lack of friendly service and communication.
There was no water available in the building, and guests were not informed of this issue in advance. Additionally, my room keys did not work. When I reported the problem, I was simply told that someone would be sent to assist, without any further explanation or clear communication.
