«Great Location, but the Property Needs Some TLC
The biggest highlight of this motel was its excellent location, situated between the bay and the ocean, with easy walking access to the surrounding area. The property manager was attentive to our needs and made an effort to be helpful during our stay.
However, the property itself is in need of some significant maintenance and upkeep. While the motel is dog-friendly, pet waste was not consistently picked up, and barking dogs were often heard as ...

«We were there for my birthday and our experience was a pleasant one. We were able to walk to restaurants near by which we're very good. The beach was so calming and peaceful after the tide went out. The breakfast was prepared for you after making your selections, you simply Went down to pick it up, different but cool.
I would say be prepared to climb the stairs if you're on the 2nd or 3rd floors. That was a drawback for my husband but not a deal breaker. The rooms all faced the ocean ...

«I couldn’t stay in this hotel. Still waiting for refund. On Expedia App the hotel looks good on pictures! In reality is not maintain outside. From sidewalks to walls was dirty, the entrance of what was supposed to be my room smelled like if was washed with beer! AC didn’t work, room stinks, bathroom water on the floor like someone use it recently. Lobby stinks real bad, when complained about ac they asked me to check if was connected (it was). To complete the nightmare the hotel is parallel to a ...

«I am so happy I found this little pearl when looking for a place to spend the night in Gainesville with my better half. The create and focus to details goes through the entire property. Each step into a new space was an experience of aesthetic in it self. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was wonderful, and everything was just a very pleasant and positiv experience.»

«Staff was incredibly helpful and caring, (as always). Bathroom floor could use some work as the floor was coming up in some areas. This is likely because the showers here do not keep the water inside very well and even a short shower will allow enough water out to soak the floor and towels placed there.
Location is great. Lots of walkable shopping and food options. Back parking lot has enough room for an RV or a U-Haul.»

«I live in the area, went to a concert and got the room for that reason. It is a great location, we walked about the town and never had to worry about parking. The staff was very accommodating also. I will stay here again the next time I want to splurge and have some fun.»
