When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room had a nice smell and I liked the scent. The room was also clean and decent. I was relieved to see the bathroom and shower were clean as well.
However, the bed sheets were dirty and had many stains on it. So much that I wouldn't feel comfortable sleeping in them. When I went out in the hallway, there was a room cleaning lady and I asked her if I had to tell the front desk or someone else. She looked at the bed sheets and immediately changed them.
Another thing that was a little unpleasant is that the trash bin in the bathroom had not been changed and so the bathroom trash from the previous guest was still there. But I didn't notice this until later, and thought it was too late to tell anyone at that point. The trash bin in the room was divided into 3 parts, but the part for general trash was quite small.
I liked the shampoo and conditioner, but the conditioner had not been refilled. There was only enough for half my hair until it was empty.
The hotel is very close to Oslo Airport. If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport, I recommend this hotel.
If you take bus 450 Årnes, it is the first stop and the hotel is close to the bus stop. It was my first time here and I was worried finding the hotel, but it was not a problem at all.
Also, if you are like me that you are unable to shower in dirty showers, or feel dirty and disgusted after, you can shower comfortably here."
