«Very nice and helpful workers. It’s located right in the heart of the Tulum, Everything is within a walking distance.»

«Do not recommend this is if you are looking for a HOTEL. This is more like a hostel. Low standard, everything is very simple. We were a couple traveling. This was definitely not what we had expected for the price we paid. We talked to other people who stayed there and they paid quite low price. The WIFI was very unstable and most of the time it did not work. We tried to complain about it, men the lady in charge was not much of help in general. «The room was cozy and clean with ac. The staff was helpful about planning out our day and went above and beyond. Breakfast was also a very nice touch and enjoyed by the family. Would stay here again. Thanks to the team at Casa Gem.»

«The property was immaculately clean and well maintained. Communicating with the hosts Sandra and Andrea was effortless, responding to my queries quickly and with useful recommendations. And the breakfast was not just a roll and coffee, but a full, hot breakfast! The location was convenient, within walking distance to Las Palapas, many restaurants and shops. I look forward to returning soon. Thank you, Sandra and Andrea.»

«A true B&B with the best host! Newly built guest house with extremely clean, comfortable, large and well appointed rooms. The common spaces are welcoming and so pleasant to enjoy the day relaxing in the sun, shade or one of three pools. The rooftop view of the ocean on 3 sides was our favorite. The hearty, creative and so tasty daily breakfast was the best we have had. We could not have asked for a better host or better room. Thank you for sharing with us. We look forward to our next trip to ...

«Excellent, owners are very nice»

«It was absolutely perfect for what we needed, and a lovely shift from the all inclusive we stayed at in Playa. We wanted to stay at alow key place while exploring Cozumel and «The Baldwins» was exactly that. Hannah was extremely welcoming and also made sure to suggest places we must see. She cooked us a great breakfast that we enjoyed with the orher guest. All in all a super experience. »

«Thanks for another great experience.»
