«We stayed in the family select section and there was so much attention paid to stocking the room with things we would want and need. They understood our son is older (12) and made sure there were age appropriate things for him to do for fun.
Each building has a personal butler and concierge who offered to plan an itinerary for us every day based on how we felt.
There are so many activities including, we were always finding new things to do every day.

«All the staff was excellent, specially the kids club and family selection!
Also David and Cielo my concierges, both were always there for everything we needed and more…
Raul from the lobby, all the cart drivers (specially the lady I can’t recall the name) she was the best!
The boat driver was top notch, the same with waiters and cleaning crew (our chocolate fairy god mother), thanks to all, we will definitely return! »

«The staff was excellent; always willing to lend a hand or direct you to where you needed to go. Every need was taken care of for my entire family of 20, including a special beach bonfire for my 70th birthday celebration.
