«Mike’s place is so peaceful! The location is great and very convenient for diving and snorkeling. The house has everything you will need and then some. The beds are comfortable and the floor plan very comfortable for a group. Jazmin is an amazing chef — don’t miss out on this special treat! Josue was an excellent dive guide, and Clemente took us on a great snorkeling tour to see the starfish and stingrays it El Cielo. We can’t wait to return! Thank you Mike for your hospitality!»

«Our rental was very clean and well appointed. The property manager was very helpful and available. They put us in contact with private transportation from the Cancun airport and arranged for the kitchen to be stocked when we arrived. Good snorkeling right off the beach. Could not have been more pleased with the pricing and value. We were in Cozumel for the 2020 Ironman race. The location of this rental is perfect for this event right between the swim start and first transition.»

«The host had great communication, they did a grocery shop for us so that we had food upon arrival . We were a group of 19 , 10 adults and 9 kids and the place was spacious.It was a little dated but nothing major , there is no oven only gas stove top but we made it work , could use a new bbq . Overall it was a good stay and the host was great .»

«The location, house and amenities of the house were amazing! Having maid service and transportation provided to and from the airport were very appreciated. Due to the amount of rain, the pool, the beach and showers, towels were constantly needing to be washed and dried. An industrial washer/dryer may be needed for this big of a house.»

«The design of the house is beautiful, however not functional for a group of 10 because of the bathrooms. There are 2 en suite bathrooms and another single bathroom for all others to share. It ended up being 6 of us trying to share a single bathroom. We thought we could share the en suite bathrooms but it wasn't easy if someone was in the room, the door was closed, or during bedtime. The house is also at the end of the Playa Car gated community, which is just short of a mile to get to the ...

«We had a great stay with our family here. The individual bedroom set up with their own bathroom makes it so everybody has their own space, but there is a nice gathering spot on the roof under the Palapa near the plunge pool. the location walking distance from fifth Avenue is perfect for us. The hostess was attentive and make sure we had everything we needed. We had a great day thank you.»

«We had an excellent stay here with friends and family, including four young children. It really is a lovely place. A bit of an issue with the water pressure, so everyone had to shower in the main en suite. Also, the beach is definitely not a five minute walk since you have to walk all the way around a few resorts. Would definitely stay here again.»
