«This house is incredible in all ways. Beautiful grounds, great views and access to the ocean. The house is perfect for our adult kids to spread out but has a separate large kitchen to prepare food and then a huge, oversized table to enjoy our evening dinners together. The bedrooms were great and set apart which allowed for privacy. The house was within easy walk of the Tropic of Cancer beach. We had a great time there renting jetskis and enjoying a gorgeous beach. «We had a fantastic time staying at the Mampoo Hill house for 9 days. The view is spectacular and the house layout unique and very private. We loved waking up to the view and sounds of the surf, spending our days exploring all of the beautiful St John beaches and then returning to watch sunsets from the hot tub. We had an awesome week at the Mampoo House on St John and can’t wait to return! »

«This Beach House was the perfect place for our group of friends and family. Being right on the water, we swam, snorkeled, kayaked and fished every day. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing. We started our day on the front porch watching the sunrise and ended each day on the porch as the sun was going down. «The property was very nice on the inside, but could use more room for storage of our suitcases. The biggest and most important concern was we had absolutely no running water. We were not made aware of this issue until 2 days prior to our arrival. We were told at this time that the property had a cistern, which inferred there should not be an issue with running water. The property is exactly as described. The views are incredible, overlooking both Chalk Sound and the ocean, allowing you to enjoy both sunrise and sunset right from the villa. «Cute, clean and comfortable house. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our time here. Communication and instructions clear from check-in, everything during the stay, to check-out. Pictures were accurate and all as described. Location was perfect to walk to the beaches close by or grab a quick taxi to Caracas. Food trucks at Esperanza beach and bio bay pick ups 5 min walk.
