We thought the location was perfect - short walk to Atlantis and Marina Village but it was lovely to not have to fight the crowds at the pools and the beach. «The place we stayed was perfect. Beautiful beachfront property with enough room for 10 adults. Loved the private beach. It was difficult to get food at times so plan ahead. Violas was disappointing ( we once had to wait 2.5 hours to get fried bar food).»

«#2 is right on the beach! A large 2 story unit painted in gaudy colours but a very adequate place. Linens, towels, soaps and shampoo were provided. Fully stocked kitchen, except for spices. Internet and tv. An enjoyable stay!»

«We came to the Bahamas for a family wedding. Sunrise Villa was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, had everything we needed. All the people we meet were very friendly, informative and polite. It was next to the pool and a little walk down to the beach. The restaurant Viola's prices were very reasonable, but their service was a little slow. Our stay was very enjoyable and would recommend them, and stay there again. There is nothing bad I can say about this place.»

«We had a great time staying at this condo and would highly recommend. The location is perfect -- direct beach access. It was only a 10 mins walk to Atlantis/restaurants. The condo itself is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, towels, and boogie board were nice to have. Just note that you will need to climb 3 flights of stairs since it is on the 3rd floor. And the water pressure was very low when we stayed there but the management said they're working on it. «- Beautiful Home and fabulous foliage surrounding the home and pool deck, well maintained inside and out. Pool was delightful, not heated but refreshing due to outside temperature. One of friend had a horrible allergic reaction to some food. «The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury" ...
