Pensjonat i San Juan

«In central location. We stayed in the suite #7 which was basic and subpar at best. No hot water when showering, plumbing was old and the toilet was not secure to the ground. There was a rainfall overnight and through the morning and water leaked into the unit through the floor that got clothing, suitcases and shoes wet. The amenities in the central lobby/kitchen is ok but no dishwashing liquid to wash cups that we wanted to use, and the free coffee is a tiny machine that all units share. Only ...

«This was a nice surprise. We booked the hotel because we needed a place to stay that wasn't too expensive. And it turned out to be the best hotel on our entire trip so far, much better than the other, more expensive hotels. At Ayana Inn PR we got a nice and large room, clean, good beds, good neighborhood, good service, very nice backyard. (No lift though). We arrived very late at night, but were given good instructions on self-check-in. We would love to come back here again»

«Staff were very responsive and gave suggestions where to eat in the area. Unfortunately it was far from the port where we were taking a cruise. The area was dubious when we arrived as the building next door was in need of repair. The shower was very weak which was a shame. Nice to have a fridge of water. »
