«The apartment we got was so cozy and cute it had two balconies everything was clean , the water did go out ( which comes with the PR Life) but they were so helpful and replied quickly and got us a new apartment with an extra bedroom and close to downtown area and still close to where we were staying. «This unit was everything that it advertised. While it is tight in a few areas such as the bathroom, it was very clean. Hotel as expected.
"Was prepared for staying in an old hotel in San Juan old town. Bad plumming and watersupply was expected. No breakfast option. Nice cafeteria (Mallorca) 1 minute down the street. The free bar in the lobby was great! Very service-minded staff!!! Must order housekeeping when needed. Plastic shower curtains…. Loved the area. Walking distance to cruise terminal and all other things to do and see."
