«Ok service at check in an location is calm and safe. The room was “cleaned” but felt dirty - most areas was just cleaned swift with a cloth and not really clean. The cold water tap could not be opened in the bathroom - notified the reception and the promised to fix it but never did. The wifi didn’t work in the room had to go outside. «The reception staff attitude seemed to be the less wok the better, never mind guest service. There is no housekeeping unless you stay 9 nights or more and it’s only once. Then imagine humid air and the smell that comes from beach towels that there’s no possibility to change! We had 7 maintenance issues during a 10 nights stay, one of the included pest control even this is ensured that measures are taken for this not to happen.
