«We have stayed in many VRBO rentals, and this was by far the most exceptional property. The condo is absolutely beautiful, stocked with everything you need and very comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and the patio is wonderful. The owner is very helpful with great communication. We loved it so much we booked again for next year. I can’t imagine staying in any other property in St. John.»

«Very happy with the unit! Convenient location to Cruz Bay. Nice pool and hot tub, owner provides beach chairs and cooler for use. Unit was very comfortable and just perfect for 2. Note to bring insect repellant as mosquitoes are vicious on island. Also had covered parking spot. Can’t wait to come back next year.»

«This was out first time visiting St. John and certainly won't be our last! The studio was clean and everything we needed to stay for a whole week. The front desk staff were such a pleasure and loved seeing them on out way to the gym most mornings. The view was our favorite, especially having a 5 year old. During the day we would explore the island, then come home to clean up before dinner. Best part was we could always guardsmen an evening beach stroll or swim since everything was right there. ...

«Perfect for our best friend getaway. It was just the two of us and it was perfect for us. Conveniently within walking distance to the restaurants of Cruz Bay as well as the ferry and taxis. It was clean and updated. We enjoyed looking out on the Bay from the front windows and that the Dolphin Market was literally next door. Felt very safe and was very happy with our stay.»

«The balcony has amazing views and is a wonderful place for morning coffee! The property is clean and comfortable. Our host picked up at the ferry, which was most appreciated. There are steep steps up to the place, but 0.6 mile walk to town is mostly flat. Great place to stay on St. John. »

«My family stayed here for 5 days and it was great! Overall it was very clean and homey, and the host Garet and property manager Dena were super kind and helpful! Free Jeep included in the rent also makes this such a sweet deal, which I don't think you can find anywhere else on St.John. With so many things going on with my life, I really hope I will find another chance to visit this beautiful island and stay at this place again soon!»

This condo is exactly as advertised, with fantastic communication from both the owner( Donovan) and property manager ( Rachelle). The property is the very best location and we walked easily into Cruz Bay for dinner, shopping, etc. Designated parking place in parking garage was a huge plus! The Villa itself is clean, bright, high-tech and furnished with high-end appliances and thoughtful detail, such as a Keurig cubby upstairs and robes in the closets. The villa is just Steps from a beach to snorkel. Our master bedroom was huge with high ceilings. The master bedroom balcony was spacious and provided a view of the bay.
