«When you pass by the Red Water Ranch you get to the trullo. Everything is as you expect. Angelita, the local contact who already met you at the arranged meeting point is very nice and have a lot of knowledge. Having her on WhatsApp was a very easy way of always having first hand knowledge at hand. The inside of the trullo was nice and clean, and to our enjoyment there was a nice weclome gift of Prosecco and also coffee, and some Italian snack. Just perfect! Kein Luxus, aber wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Grundstück ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes "sagenhaft". Gelegen abseits auf dem Land auf einem kleinen Hügel. «Homey apartment. Kitchen has everything we need. We slept well. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean. Washer was a big help. There is a dryer rack to hang clothes dry. Very good location. Easy check in. They were helpful with water taxi reservations. Unit is exactly what you see on the pictures posted. It is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. One minute walk to the apt from where the water taxi docks. I felt safe in the area even during late night. »

«When we came to the 'reception' to gain access to the property, we were advised that the unit was not available because it had already been taken (?!) and we were being given a 'suite' in the same building as the reception. The problem was that this was nowhere near the sea. Rather than 20 steps, it was an hour's walk away on mean suburban roads largely without sidewalks. The switch in location also caused headaches for a taxi pick-up to the airport that had already been arranged for the ...

«Simonetta was delightful and explained everything very well. When we needed her she responded quickly. The little house is adorable and had everything we needed. The view- Fantastic!! A lovely patio and chairs to sit on as we sipped the wonderful wine from her vineyard and enjoyed the view. We also enjoyed meeting her son who runs the wine shop and helped us decide with our tastings. Orvieto is an ancient city not to be missed. »

«Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen Haus. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, der sich auch wohl gefühlt hat und der eingezäunte Garten war prima für ihn. Die Aussicht ist wundervoll und hatte an Silvester einen besonderen Reiz. Der Kontakt mit Sandra war unkompliziert, sie reagierte auch immer schnell und hat uns mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt. Alles bestens!!»
