«Very nice hotel but unfortunately we got food poisoned after a romantic dinner at the beach. We experienced that the staff members did not believe us when we told what happened and they denied that it could have been the food - even though the sickness started precisely at the same tame 2 hours after that dinner for both my wife and I.»

«The resort was great also was the staff,the maid service was excellent. Now unfortunately the bad news, the Italian restaurant was the best of all, Loli was terrible, great service but lously food. Drinks were just OK but being free I guess you can't complain. The buffet restaurant items looked good but lacked flavor. Breakfast buffet was alright and the person making omlettes was good. I'll give a nine on the resort, but only a five on the food.»

«The property is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The beach is amazing with the ability to walk quite far on a shoreline. When you get to the hotel, make sure to make dinner reservation for their evening restaurants because they are amazing. We really liked the Asian and Mediterranean ones. Rooms get cleaned twice a day which is nice. One thing we didn't like was a buffet with small food options and it's the same every day. I wish we were told that we could eat at the restaurants ...

«The staff makes all the difference! The place is beautiful and service is excellent.hey were all so nice helping us with bug smile! Thank you Veni (so helpful at the beach) Julio, Hector, David, Bryan and Elias the life guard! There is also the young man who helps at the beach with the umbrella.. thank you all for making our stay memorable! Rooms were super clean too! And the pool is better than the beach!! Best hotel we ve ever been, mainly because of the wonderful people working there!»
