«L'emplacement était parfait pour nos besoins. Un peu bruyant quelques soir mais comme nous étions au coin de la 5e c'est normal. Il y avait le nécessaire de base comme ustensiles, bol et assiettes pour 3 personnes. Nous avons eu froid la première nuit puisque l'air climatisé fonctionne très bien! Nous avons donc communiqué avec l'hôte et ils nous à apporter des couvertures supplémentaires. Les deux salles de bains ont été très utile. Nous avons adoré notre séjour!»

«it's actually is a condominium unit or timeshare. The registration process was a little complicated but the property itself is beautiful. The roof top pool was a nice treat. There's construction going on next-door but it's not very intrusive. Be wary of the route that Google Maps gives you to get to the Hotel. One goes through some questionable neighborhoods with dirt streets, the other is very direct.»

«This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. «The kitchen had everything needed to make and prepare meals to help cut costs. The bed was very comfortable and the airconditioner just loved pumping out cold air. The host/maid Judy was amazing and super friendly made me feel welcome and like it was a small apartment building. "Pluss: + Flott hotell + God service + God og variert mat + Flott strand Minus: - En del støy fra trafikken, spesielt for gjester som har rom i lavere etasjer. - Et klart minus er spørreundersøkelser i mathallen. Dette skaper tydelig stress blant de ansatte, som maser om at man må gi høy rating og oppgi navn for at de skal få bedre bonus. Systemet belønner de mest pågående, mens mer ydmyke ansatte havner i skyggen. Jeg har opplevd dette på flere RIU-hoteller, og det fremstår som en systemfeil. For meg som gjest oppleves dette som plagsomt, da det ødelegger roen og gjør det vanskelig å nyte middagen."
