Room was old the area rug the the beds sit on was stained and dirty looking, on their website it says all rooms have 50" smart tvs but that was a no the tv barely worked and when your trying to relax at the end of the night you cant watvh anything. Room cleaning was good when it was done we were there 8 night and 3 days they didnt come or they came latearound 4pm when kids were napping. Also first night we put the bathrug out because it was really dirty and had some red stains on it , we never received another and everyday we mentioned it to cleaner or the turndown service person. Also this place isnt really all included, theres a restaurant you can only go to if hour a member , members get all the better loungers at the pool, and its super complicated that you paid for all included yet you still get a check after everymeal, after drinks when you leave the pool, my kids 11, and 14 couldnt order mudslides on their own without me they would not take their order, the service at the restaurants were om Caprichos was by far the worse, all the food is cold in the steamers and it took forever to get a coffe reffil with 20 servers around, all in all i will not be returning to villa del palmar or recomending it to any body also the money exchange is a rip off the conversion from usd to mxn was 15.30 same day in cancun we enchanged it for 17.20. In conclusion this place seems to be great if youre a member otherwise its not worth the stay. Our room was 1609B
