The property is beautiful, and the beach was absolutely the highlight of our stay.
The resort itself is on the smaller side, with fewer restaurant options than other resorts we’ve stayed at. The food was generally fine, but nothing memorable. Booking à la carte restaurants through the app was frustrating, although the concierge was helpful once we raised the issue.
We travelled with three kids (teens/tweens) and were disappointed with the activity offerings. Activities often alternated between the family pool and adults-only areas, which limited what the kids could participate in. We were especially disappointed that the foam party was adults-only. Our kids have loved the activities at other resorts, and this was a deal breaker for us. This resort wasn’t the right fit for our family, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families with older kids.
Pool chair availability was another challenge, with many guests reserving spots extremely early in the morning.
Staff were friendly and hardworking throughout, though they often seemed understaffed.
One standout was the New Year’s Eve party, which was excellent and had the best food of our stay.
