«Location»

«My girlfriend and I loved our stay. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We had a great experience and would stay again.»

«Clean, affordable lodging with convenient check in! Loved our stay. Only complaint would be no elevator. Hopefully that’s something coming down the line! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if in Asheville again soon.»

«The apartment was clean and comfortable. The view was great. The electric heater in the living room was a bit noisy. The bathroom was recently renovated and nice. The staff person at checkout was very nice.»

«Really great location if you don’t have a car. 10 minutes from downtown and 25 from airport. Good options for eating and drinking within 200 ft. Definitely recommend vs hotel.»

«We had to leave early»

«Perfect location for dinner and wineries. Only complaint is the floors in the apartment and around the building were dirty»

«It was an absolute Joy to stay in this little cozy spot perched up on the hill in Asheville. I enjoyed feeing like I was away from everything despite being 5 min from downtown. I had all the utensils and appliances in the kitchen area I could need and loved the greenery just out the sliding glass windows. I would love to stay again!»

«I'm»

«This place is nothing more than a motel 6, the room had a fridge and a 2 burner flat top. The burners did not work. The bathroom had pubic hair all in it and the shower barely drained. The bathroom is unfinished with dirty cracks in the walls. The room smelled like smoke to the point we had to buy candles to offset the smell.Would not ever stay here again it should be a 40 a night place.»

«Smelly room, lights not working, leaky toilet, flush making noise. Power connection one side not working.»

«Solid experience here, friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout.»

«We enjoyed our evening. The room was very clean and nice. I should've looked to see if shampoo was furnished. Slight bummer. And, of course this time I forgot my mini ones. Honestly, for 200 a night, should have it. The Pad Thai next door was pretty decent too.»

«Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful views. Easy walk to the beach. Very nice pool. Our host was helpful, fast to communicate and very accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone.»

«The host was very easy to communicate with. In Expedia, it is hard to find the instruction fir the entrance. But the hist helped me figure it out via phone call, text, and expedia's messenger. Thanks!»
