Be our guest-3-bedroom house in a great location!
Fletcher
9.8 av 10, Suverent, (26 anmeldelser)
«Felt like home away from home. Charming and newly updated. Clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Close to markets and restaurants. Neighborhood was very walkable and neighbors were really nice. Every morning we sat on the front porch drinking our coffee and waving to all the neighbors. Southern hospitality at its best. We will definitely return.»

Game Room & Pet-Friendly House Near AVL Airport
Fletcher
6.0 av 10, (1 anmeldelse)
«The point of me booking this property was to have a place to hang out and play pool, I.e. an activity. The pool table was completely unusable due to completely broken pool sticks. In general a very nice house with no one watching over it. Lots of "little" things wrong. This house will get destroyed if it's not better taken care of. Mow the lawn, trim the hedges, tighten up door hinges, etc.etc.»

«How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place. ...

Parking for more than 2 cars requires some coordination. The neighbor was very nice and it’s so quiet and peaceful here.»

«Very convenient location for baseball at Bob Lewis Ballpark. Main living area is up a moderately steep flight of stairs. There is an alternate (easier) path through the deck on the left side of the house. We found the house very comfortable. Everything was as described. Could not locate a broom so we could sweep the leaves on the deck. We would stay there again»

«We had the most wonderful stay at this property. Our dog enjoyed the yard, we enjoyed the hot tub and close proximity to Brevard, Hendersonville and DuPont national park. If there is anything negative to say about the property it would be the lack of blinds in all the rooms and the bed was pretty hard. It wasn’t enough to make us not want to stay again. The place was super clean and had everything that we would need.»

«The space itself was great, clean and spacious, and easy to check in & out of. Had all the basic amenities. The problem with this rental was the noise that woke us up at 7 AM both mornings. There was a toddler running back and forth loudly right above our room, furniture being moved and hammering every morning beginning at 7 and ending around 10:30 / 11am. To give context on how loud this was, my partner sleeps with noise canceling ear buds and was still woken up both mornings. In the bedroom ...
