«We enjoyed our stay. The area was safe and family friendly and very convenient to subway access. Communication and response time with the host was amazing. The sleeping accommodations were adequate but could be improved. Outside of the bed in the bedroom (which was not the most comfortable), other sleeping accommodations were futon conversion or air mattress. It was nice that the host stocked basics in the kitchen and access to the laundry was a plus.»

«Dette stedet anbefales på det varmeste. Og vert Ali var veldig påpasselig underveis, svarte på spørsmål, tipset om flytting av bilen på grunn av soping av gata og kom med ny brødrister når den gamle ikke virket. Leiligheten er godt utstyrt for 8., men ikke til 14. gode senger og godt fungerende kjøleanlegg. Enkle toalettartikler på alle bad. Det var stort sett rent og fint overalt. Det var lett å finne buss som tok deg til New York 5 minutter unna. Eneste negative ting våre ungdommer kommenterte ...

«Great rental for my family of 4 and several cousins. We attended a wedding in Jersey City and it was very convenient to Uber to Maritime Park and back. The owner was a great when we had issues with the Wi-Fi or flexibility with dropping off suitcases early or having an extra hour to leave. The kids loved the game room and the cousins who stored loudly slept in the couch in the game room that folded out nicely into a bed. The door was closed and it worked like a charm.. I would recommend this ...

«I liked the location of this property, good access to food and site seeing! Very comfortable place, clean and just like being at home. The garage was a nice plus, parking on the street would have been difficult!! Biking in the immediate area was very good, if going further might have been traffic congested / a little more dangerous. Great access to public transportation, busses, rapid trains and ferries!»

"Aesthetically pleasing and clean room with a beautiful view of the city. Impressive exercise room for a city center hotel, with free weights, a couple weight machines and several treadmills and elliptical machines. Convenient /central location. Only downsides were the elevators, which went up/down without rhyme or reason; there was often a line to get on and could take up to 5-10 mins; and breakfast. The breakfast set up was ineffective (had to order one and one) and there was only one gluten-free option (a muffin). Overall would recommend but be prepared to be patient with the elevators."

"Great location and friendly staff – breakfast requires a bit of patience Overall, the stay was positive. The location is excellent, with everything within easy reach, including public transport. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size for three people, but showed signs of not having been renovated in a while. Breakfast deserves its own mention, as it became a recurring topic of conversation every morning. Breakfast was included in the room price, with vouchers that could be used at three different dining spots. At the first one, we could choose between a bread roll wrapped in foil or plain yogurt, a half-full cup of juice, and a piece of fruit. At check-in, we were informed that one of the venues charged a service fee to the waiter. We assumed this was a small, symbolic amount and gave it a try. We ordered hopefully from a separate hotel-guest menu – the bill came to $23.61, proving that "symbolic" is apparently open to interpretation. Still hungry but somewhat wiser, we treated ourselves to a second breakfast later that day – this time chosen by appetite, not by voucher. The third venue, furthest away, turned out ironically to be the best, with friendly service and a nice atmosphere – though we still ended up ordering off-menu there too, just to actually feel full. Conclusion: If possible, book the room without breakfast, and instead eat at one of the restaurants attached to the hotel, or elsewhere nearby, ordering from the regular menu."

"Et fantastisk hotell, uten noe å sette fingeren på. Ingen "nesten tett vask", eller andre ting som kan være nokså vanlig, forekom her. Nydelig utsikt fra etasje tretti, og ned på Times Square. Nydelige frokoster, og tre fantastiske restauranter. Totalt sett må vi kunne forvente det til litt "upper class" pris. Veldig høflige og hyggelige ansatte"
