Room was nice and clean. Hotel is brand new so there were definitely some kinks. We were told in room coffee had a charge but then the day before we checked out we were told the policy changed and now we could have the in-room coffee for free. No bar or restaurant on site so to get anything like food or water or a drink you had to leave the hotel. The electrical outlets in the room kept tripping and our mini fridge would frequently turn off as a result making everything in the fridge warm. Service to fix the problem was slow - we had to wait a day for someone to come and fix the outlets. Only one bathroom near the pool area so there was often a wait. There may not have been enough cleaning staff as several days the room wasn’t cleaned all day until 5 pm when we were returning to the room after being out all day. Despite that the staff at the hotel were very nice - Jorge was amazing. The owner was really nice and pool was nice. Once things are more settled at the hotel I’d like to try it again.
